Buon compleanno, Giovanni.

We celebrated.

We celebrated, like you would have done, very simply, together with friends & family. This past week-end we cooked Spaghetti in a white clam sauce. Easy. Few ingredients (EVOO, parsley, garlic, fresh clams) and quick preparation. White wine with it.

Giovanni, a toast to you and to what you have done to the family and friends around you. A toast to being together, with good food and wine.
