How we would truly love to be there to celebrate the life of our dear friend Giovanni with the Apicella family. We are far away physically but will be holding you all in our hearts. Caro Giovanni was a very special friend to me and Marcellino. We experienced our first dinner held at the esteemed James Beard House together in 1997 and all the wonderfully successful years at Amarone. What magnanimous days for Giovanni and Marcellino! Fly with the angels, dearest Giovanni! You will always and forever be remembered in our hearts and souls.
